They're not really separate

The headings are for navigation. In practice these depend on each other, which is why buying them from several disconnected suppliers rarely works.

  1. Being found is worthless if the page doesn't convert

Advertising and SEO both deliver people to your website. If the site doesn't do its job, you're paying to send customers to a bad first impression.

  2. Social proof gets checked before anyone rings

People find you through search, then look at your social profiles before deciding. A dead profile undermines a good website.

  3. Enquiries you don't answer are wasted spend

Every enquiry lost to slow follow-up cost you money to generate. Fixing response speed is usually cheaper than buying more traffic.

  4. Past customers cost nothing to reach

The list you already have is the cheapest revenue in the business, and it's the thing most often ignored entirely.

Common questions

Do I have to pick one of these?

No. Most businesses need parts of two or three, and the Free Discovery Session exists partly to work out which.

Buying a service you don't need because it was on a list is how people end up disappointed with agencies.

Which one should I start with?

Almost always the website and Google listing, because everything else points at them. There's no sense paying for advertising that sends people to a page which doesn't convert.

The exception is when enquiries are already arriving and being lost — then follow-up comes first, because that's revenue you've already paid to generate.

Can you do all of it, or do I need multiple providers?

I can coordinate all five areas, and one of the reasons clients come to me is not wanting to manage several suppliers who blame each other.

Where a project genuinely needs a specialist—complex development, for instance—I bring one in and manage them. You still deal with me.

How much does any of this cost?

It depends on scope, and I don't publish package prices because most businesses need something slightly different. Anyone quoting before understanding the problem is guessing.

Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in writing before work starts, with no hidden charges. The Free Discovery Session gives you a realistic indication for your situation.

Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?

Yes, right across Australia. Most work happens by phone, video and email regardless of location.

If you're in Sydney or the surrounding regions and a face-to-face meeting would help, that can be arranged.

What size business do you work with?

Established small and medium businesses — typically owner-operated, somewhere between a solid sole trader and a team of thirty.

Below that, the honest answer is often that you don't need me yet. Above it, you may be better served by an agency with a bigger team, and I'll say so.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.

Tell me what isn't working. I'll help you work out which of these actually matters for your business — and I'll say so if it isn't me.
