WHAT CHANGES THE QUOTE

The $2,495 figure is a starting point, not a bait price

The final quote depends on the work required. I confirm it after reviewing your goals, content and current setup.

  • Number and complexity of pages
  • Online stores, bookings, memberships or custom functions
  • Photography, video, branding or logo work
  • Large migrations or difficult platform moves
  • Multiple locations, service areas or languages
  • Advanced integrations, automations or ongoing campaigns

Not hidden extras: anything outside the agreed scope is priced and approved before I do it.

Important: Domain registration, paid software, specialist photography, advertising spend and unusually complex integrations are not assumed inside the starting price. You will know what is and is not included before paying.

Need both? Search and ads work best when they share the same pages and tracking. I quote them as one weekly price once I've seen your numbers in the Diagnostic, rather than simply adding the two together.

What are lost enquiries costing you?

Most owners have never done this sum. Move the sliders to your own numbers and see what the enquiries you're currently missing are worth in a year.

Hands-On SEO: fix it properly, once

For when something is clearly wrong and you want it found and fixed, without committing to a monthly arrangement.

StepPriceWhat you get
Lost-Enquiry CheckFree30 minutes. I search for your business the way your customers do, score your enquiry path, and work out what one new customer is worth to you.
Hands-On Diagnostic$695A full review of your website, Google Business Profile, search and AI visibility, and enquiry path. You get a ranked fix list with effort and impact for each item, a walkthrough call, and your before-numbers recorded.
Fix Pack$2,400 or $2,950I carry out the Diagnostic's fixes on up to five pages ($2,400) or up to seven pages ($2,950). Your $695 Diagnostic fee is credited in full if you go ahead within 30 days.
90-Day Review$450Your numbers re-measured against the baseline, so you can see what changed, what didn't, and what to do next.

Example: Diagnostic $695, then the five-page Fix Pack within 30 days. You pay $695 + ($2,400 − $695) = $2,400 in total for both. Add the 90-Day Review and the full project is $2,850.

What moves the price above the starting figure

The "from" price covers a single-location business in a normal-competition category. These are the things that add time, and so add cost. You'll know the exact figure, in writing, before anything starts.

How much of Sydney you want

Ranking in one area around your base is one job. Covering Western Sydney, the Hills and the inner west is several, because each area needs its own useful page and local signals.

How tough the competition is

A trade in the outer suburbs competes with other local operators. Legal, finance, real estate and cosmetic categories compete with well-funded firms, and it takes more work to move.

How much needs writing

Every service and area you want to be found for needs a page worth reading. Content is usually the largest part of the time, so volume drives price.

How many ad accounts and channels

One Google Search campaign is the starting point. Several service lines, multiple locations, Meta campaigns or higher ad budgets mean more weekly management.

How this compares with the Sydney market

Published 2026 pricing guides from Australian agencies put small-business SEO in Sydney at roughly $1,500 to $3,000 a month. Here's where my pricing sits, and why.

OptionTypical costWhat you usually get
Cheap "SEO packages"$99–$500/monthAutomated reports and templated changes. One or two hours of real work a month at most.
Freelancer$500–$1,500/monthVaries widely. Can be excellent or thin. Usually one skill set.
Elevate Engine: Keep & GrowFrom $1,083/month30+ years of business and sales experience, doing the work personally. Website, SEO, Google Business Profile and reporting in one place. No account managers, no lock-in.
Hire a marketing coordinator$1,640–$1,880/weekSalary of about $76,000–$87,000 in Sydney, plus 12% super. One person, usually junior to mid-level, who still needs managing.
Small-business SEO agency$1,500–$3,000/monthA campaign with a team behind it. You often deal with an account manager rather than the person doing the work.
Competitive or multi-location campaigns$3,000–$10,000+/monthContent at volume, link building and multiple locations for competitive categories.
Agency ranges are drawn from published Australian agency pricing guides, checked September 2026. Salary range from the Robert Half 2026 guide for a Sydney marketing coordinator, plus 12% super. Indicative only.

Whatever you choose

Always included

You deal with me, from the first call to the monthly report. Scope, fee and responsibilities are agreed in writing first. Your domain, website, Google accounts and data stay in your name. Reports show enquiries and where they came from, not just rankings and traffic.

Never included

Lock-in contracts, invented ranking guarantees, hidden mark-ups on ad spend, or GST (I'm not registered for it). Third-party costs such as ad spend, paid tools, stock images or premium hosting are disclosed before you commit, and paid directly by you where possible.

Which one do you need?

A quick guide. The free check will confirm it, and I'll tell you if the answer is "none of the above".

"People can't find us on Google"

Start with the Diagnostic to find out why, then fix it with the Fix Pack or Keep & Grow.

"We need calls this month"

Google Ads management gets you in front of buyers now, while search improvements build underneath.

"We get visits but no enquiries"

That's usually the page, the offer or the contact path, not traffic. The Diagnostic ranks what to fix first.

"Our site is old or we don't have one"

Website design and build starts from $2,495. See exactly what is included, then inspect live work.

Pricing questions

Why do you price per week instead of per month?

Because that is how most owners think about a cost that sits alongside wages and fuel. $250 a week is easier to weigh against one extra job a week than $1,083 a month. It also makes the true annual cost plain: $250 a week is $13,000 a year, and $350 a week is $18,200 a year. How often you are invoiced is agreed in writing before work starts.

Do your prices include GST?

No GST is added. Elevate Engine is not currently registered for GST, so the price shown is the full price you pay. If that ever changes, the published prices will be updated before any new agreement is signed.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Ongoing work runs without a fixed term. The scope, fee and notice period are agreed in writing before work begins, and your accounts, website and data stay in your name the whole time, so leaving is simple if it ever stops being worth it.

Does the $350 a week for Google Ads include my ad spend?

No. The $350 is the management fee. Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google (or Meta) from an account you own, and I never mark it up. For most Sydney local-service campaigns I recommend at least $1,000 a month in ad spend so the campaign gathers enough data to improve. How to set your budget.

What if I only need basic website maintenance?

Then you may not need me. If all you want is software updates, backups and uptime checks, a basic care plan from a hosting or web company, typically $100 to $250 a month in Sydney, may be enough. Keep & Grow is for businesses that want the site actively improved so it wins more enquiries each month, not just kept switched on.

Why is the Diagnostic paid when other agencies give away free audits?

Most free audits are automated reports designed to sell you a retainer. The Diagnostic is several hours of my time finding out why each problem is happening, ranking the fixes by effort and impact, and walking you through it on a call. The plan is yours to use with anyone. If you go ahead with the Fix Pack within 30 days, the full $695 comes off. The 30-minute Lost-Enquiry Check is still free.

Do you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google or the other platforms. What I commit to is clear scope, honest reporting of the enquiries we can measure, and telling you straight if something isn't working or isn't worth the money.

What is the cheapest way to start?

Book the free 30-minute Lost-Enquiry Check. If there is a real problem worth fixing, the $695 Diagnostic gives you a ranked plan you can carry out yourself, hand to your current provider, or have me do. Many owners fix the first few items themselves.

Can I pause or change packages?

Yes. Scope can be adjusted as the business changes, for example pausing ads through a quiet season while keeping the website and search work going. Changes are agreed in writing before the fee changes.

Is there a minimum term?

No fixed term. Because the work builds month on month, I recommend judging SEO over at least three to six months, and Google Ads over the first two to three months. That's advice, not a contract condition.

Can I see the price for my business before a call?

For most single-location businesses, the starting prices on this page are the price. If your scope is bigger (more locations, services or ad accounts), you'll get the exact figure in writing after the free check, before you commit to anything.
