Elevate Engine Digital Solutions is an Australian digital marketing and business support service operated by Frank Stratford (ABN 71 859 459 559), based in Sydney, New South Wales.

Information we collect
We may collect personal information when you contact us, request a Free Discovery Session or become a client. This can include:

- your website address, industry and preferred contact method;

- project, billing and communication records if we work together; and
- basic website usage information such as pages visited, device type and referral source.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the website form. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or confidential access credentials through the form.
How we collect it
Information is collected directly from you when you submit the contact form, email, telephone or communicate with us about a project. Website usage data may be collected through Google Analytics and standard server logs.
Why we use it
We use personal information only where reasonably necessary to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a session;
- review the digital presence you ask us to assess;
- prepare proposals and deliver agreed services;
- manage client communication, billing and business records;
- maintain the security and performance of the website; and
- understand which pages and marketing activity are useful.
Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use reputable service providers for website hosting, form processing, email, analytics, file storage, accounting and other business systems. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and handle it under their own privacy and security terms.
The website is hosted by Netlify and uses Google Analytics. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States or other countries where they operate.
