KEEP & GROW

Ongoing SEO and website careso your site keeps earning, not just existing.

Most websites are built, launched and then left alone. Keep & Grow keeps yours fast, current and improving every month, so it wins more of the searches your customers already make. Done by me personally, from $250 a week.

From $250/weekAbout $1,083/monthNo GST added, no lock-in

Maintenance keeps it running. This makes it grow.

It's worth knowing the difference before you compare prices.

A basic care plan

  • Software, theme and plugin updates
  • Backups and uptime monitoring
  • Security scans
  • Small text or image changes, sometimes
  • Usually $100 to $250 a month in Sydney
  • Your site stays online, but it doesn't get better

Keep & Grow

  • Everything the site needs to stay fast, secure and current
  • Updates and changes done for you, as you need them
  • A new or substantially improved page every month
  • Google Business Profile kept active: posts, photos, review replies
  • Search Console and Analytics watched for problems and opportunities
  • Monthly report on enquiries and a call with me

Will Keep & Grow pay for itself?

An honest test. Put in your own numbers. If the answer is no, I'd rather you knew now.

What's included each month

At the starting price, for a single-location business. More services, areas or content volume are quoted in writing before anything changes.

Website updates

Prices, services, photos, staff, hours, new projects. Send it through and it's done, usually within one to two business days.

Technical care

Speed, mobile layout, security headers, broken links, redirects and indexing problems found and fixed before they cost you.

A new or improved page

One service, suburb or answer page each month, written around what your customers search for, or an existing page substantially improved.

On-page SEO

Titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and structured data tuned on the pages that bring in money.

Google Business Profile

Regular posts and photos, services kept current, and help replying to reviews and questions.

Monitoring

Google Search Console and Analytics checked for drops, errors and new searches you're starting to appear for.

Enquiry tracking

Calls and forms tracked, so the report shows enquiries and where they came from, not just traffic.

Report and call

A short monthly report in plain English, then a call with me to agree next month's priorities.

What happens in the first 90 days

The first three months set everything up so the weekly work goes where it earns the most.

  1. Weeks 1–2: review and baseline

Access set up in your name, tracking checked, and your starting numbers recorded: visibility, enquiries, speed and the searches you already appear for.

  2. Weeks 2–4: fix what's broken

Technical problems, indexing issues, Google Business Profile gaps and anything stopping enquiries from reaching you.

  3. Month 2: improve the money pages

The service pages closest to page one get rewritten and strengthened, and the first new page goes live.

  4. Month 3: first real read

Early movement compared against the baseline, what's working, and the plan for the next quarter, agreed with you.

What a typical month looks like

  1. Check the numbers

Enquiries, search visibility and anything unusual in Search Console. Problems get fixed first.

  2. Improve what earns money

The month's page is written or rebuilt, and the pages closest to page one get the attention that tips them over.

  3. Keep the listing active

Google Business Profile posts, new photos, review replies and questions answered.

  4. Report and plan

What happened, what it produced, and what's next, agreed with you on a short call.

Websites I work on

You don't need to rebuild to start. I work with what you have, and tell you straight if the platform is holding you back.

WordPress

Plugin and theme updates, speed clean-up, security and SEO settings handled properly, not with ten overlapping plugins.

Wix and Squarespace

More SEO control than most people realise: titles, structure, structured data and page speed all have room to improve.

Shopify

Product and collection pages, duplicate-content fixes and local pickup or delivery pages for Sydney stores.

Static and custom sites

Hand-built sites like this one: fast and cheap to host, with nothing to patch. See live examples.

Is it the right fit?

WORTH TALKING ABOUT IF

  • You're an established business with a website that should be bringing in more work
  • You want to be found for more of your services and suburbs
  • You're tired of chasing a web person for simple changes
  • You want one person accountable for the site and the results
  • You can take on more work when it arrives

PROBABLY NOT IF

  • You only need software updates and backups
  • You need a brand-new website first (that's quoted separately)
  • You need enquiries this week. Google Ads is faster
  • You want guaranteed rankings. Nobody can honestly offer them

Why weekly pricing, and why $250

$250 a week is $13,000 a year. For that you get a senior operator, with 30+ years in business, sales and marketing, working on your site personally every month. That's less than most Sydney agencies charge for a small-business SEO campaign. Published guides put that at around $1,500 to $3,000 a month, and it's a fraction of what a part-time marketing employee costs.

I price per week because that's how owners weigh a cost against the work it brings in. If Keep & Grow wins you one extra good job a week, it has more than paid for itself. The customer value calculator shows what one new customer is worth to you. For most businesses it's a surprising number.

Compare it with all the options on the pricing page.

Keep & Grow questions

Is this the same as website maintenance?

It includes maintenance, but it's more than that. A maintenance plan keeps your site switched on: updates, backups, uptime. Keep & Grow also improves the site every month so it wins more searches and enquiries: better pages, new pages, Google Business Profile work and tracking. If you only need the maintenance part, a basic plan elsewhere may suit you better, and I'll say so.

Does my website have to be built by you?

No. I work on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and hand-coded or static sites. Some platforms limit what can be changed for search. If yours is holding you back, I'll explain the trade-off before suggesting anything bigger.

How fast are changes made?

Routine updates such as a price, a photo or opening hours are usually done within one to two business days. Larger changes, like a new page, are scheduled into the month's plan so they're done properly rather than rushed.

What's in the monthly report?

Enquiries (calls and forms) and where they came from, how your Google Business Profile and website are performing in search, what I did this month, and what's planned next. It's written in plain English and short enough to read in five minutes, followed by a call if you want one.

Is hosting included?

Hosting, domain and paid software are third-party costs and aren't included unless agreed in writing. You keep them in your own name. I'll recommend sensible options and tell you what they cost before you commit.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There's no lock-in contract. The notice period is agreed in writing at the start, and your website, accounts and data stay yours.

Should I start with the Diagnostic first?

It's the best start, because it ranks what to fix first so the weekly work goes where it matters most. If you'd rather start straight away, the first month begins with the same review.

What's the difference between Keep & Grow and the Fix Pack?

The Fix Pack is a one-off: I carry out the Diagnostic's fixes on up to five or seven pages, for $2,400 or $2,950, and you're done. Keep & Grow is ongoing: the site keeps getting better each month, new pages get added, and your Google Business Profile stays active. Many businesses do the Fix Pack first, then move to Keep & Grow.

How is this different from hiring someone in-house?

A Sydney marketing coordinator costs roughly $76,000 to $87,000 a year in salary before super, needs managing, and is usually junior to mid-level. Keep & Grow is $13,000 a year for senior, hands-on work on the things that bring in enquiries, with no employment costs. An in-house person makes sense once you need someone full time; most small businesses don't yet.
