- — Domain name registration and hosting fees (paid directly by you to the provider)
- — Migration of more than 10 existing pages, complex blog/article migration, or redirect mapping for very large sites (quoted separately)
- — Premium stock imagery, custom logo design or professional photography
- — Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) — covered separately by the weekly Local Customer packages
- — Ongoing SEO, content writing or blog posts after launch — this is a one-off build, not a monthly retainer
- — Extra custom pages beyond the inclusions above (quoted at a fixed per-page rate)
- — E-commerce / online store, member logins, booking or scheduling systems, payment gateways, multi-language sites (quoted separately)
Payment & Terms
The $899 fee covers everything listed above. Payment is split: 50% ($450) to commence the build, 50% ($449) before launch. Domain name registration, hosting fees and any third-party tools remain your responsibility and are paid directly to those providers. Your written scope will clearly confirm what's included, what isn't, and any separately approved costs before work begins. This one-off website build sits separately from the weekly marketing packages. Our Service Guarantee (clear scope, transparent costs, weekly visibility, agreed work completed) applies to this build.
