Your written scope will clearly confirm what is included, what is not included, and any separately approved costs (such as advertising budgets or third-party software fees) before work begins. Weekly payments are made in advance by direct debit. If a payment fails, work may be paused and active campaigns turned off until the account is brought up to date.
