Package Terms & Conditions

Elevate Engine Digital Solutions is committed to delivering every item, task and service described in the specific weekly package you select. If a package says a task is included, we will do it. If a task or outcome is not listed in the package description, it is not included unless we agree to it in writing before work begins. We do not promise results we cannot control — such as exact numbers of calls, bookings, sales or followers — but we do promise to perform the listed work professionally and on schedule.

Before signing up, you'll receive a written scope confirming what is included, what is not included, the weekly price, the initial term length, any advertising or software costs that you pay directly, and any client responsibilities such as supplying photos, footage, access or approvals. Work proceeds against that scope — anything outside it is quoted separately before being added.

All weekly packages are paid in advance by direct debit through Stripe. Your first payment and ongoing weekly payment must be received before work is scheduled or continued. If a payment fails, is disputed, or is not received on time, we may pause all work, stop publishing, turn off active campaigns, and suspend access to any systems we manage until the outstanding amount is paid in full. A paused account does not remove your obligation to pay for work already completed during the current term. We will attempt to contact you before pausing, but we are not required to continue working on an unpaid account.

Unless a specific package explicitly lists it, the following are not included: website development or rebuilds, paid advertising media spend (paid directly to Google or Meta by you), third-party software subscriptions or usage fees, photography or videography shoots, printing, copywriting outside the listed content, advanced legal or compliance review, CRM or custom software development, and any work that requires specialised licences or certifications. We will tell you clearly if something you request falls outside the package scope and will quote it separately if you want it done.

If you believe something listed in your package hasn't been delivered, contact us straight away and we'll complete it without an additional service fee. Work that wasn't part of the agreed written scope sits outside the package — we're happy to quote it separately if you'd like it added, but it isn't grounds for non-payment of work already delivered.
