Yes. We are committed to delivering every task and service described in your chosen package. If something is listed, we will do it. If something is not listed, it is not included unless we agree to it separately in writing before work begins.

What happens if my weekly payment fails?

All weekly packages are paid in advance by direct debit. If a payment fails, is disputed or is not received on time, we may pause work, stop publishing, turn off active campaigns and suspend access to any systems we manage until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

Can I claim something was missed if it was not in the package?

Accepted Answer

No. Because the package contents are listed in writing before you sign up, you agree that you cannot later claim we failed to perform work that was never included in your chosen package. If you believe something listed was not delivered, contact us immediately and we will fix it.
